Derek was very professional. Carlos was only late on the last day. But I found out from Derek that he went to the store to get the grout in the color that my wife had chosen. But they were out of stock in that color. So he drove back to Novato, (because that is where he lives) and go to the store there to get the color that we had chosen. How nice was that? Pretty nice The new tile floor looks great. Thanks guys

Derek had a tough task to lay tile on an uneven, mismatched cement surface around my front porch under the awning. He devised a nice pattern with the tile, which he ran all the way through to the end, to handle the inconsistencies. He also did a beautiful job laying the tile around several existing posts that hold up the awning. He has created a lovely oasis around my front porch, under the awning and beyond, which presents my home in such a classy style. I can enjoy my pending retirement even more now! Derek is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very prompt. Since my wife and I gone [were] fairly inexperienced with home reno projects, Derek took the time to answer all of our many questions and was able to address all of our concerns. I would definitely recommend him. We have already received tons of complements on our new countertops and backsplash.

Derek is very professional and trustworthy. He's aware of all the new products that can be used with tilework. Others I got bids on had no idea how to install what I wanted used. I'd definitely use them again!
