Had some 30 year old construction that needed raising. DC Solutions on getting into the job found other problems greater than what was expected. Repaired same past my wildest hopes, Did it timely, and came in under budget. I would recommend DC Solutions to anyone. Fast, timely, a great value for work performed.

They did do a good job for us. I was impressed that they cleaned up my yard after the job. They were there when they said they would be. I would refer this company if anyone ever wants foundation work done.

They were very courteous and did good work. They did not inform me before that I was responsible for finishing the dirt work and reseeding the grass. Moisture is still coming through the bottom of the wall. Over all I am satisfied with the work.

Initially I was very happy with their work. It might have been due to that I live in a remote area, but they left the concrete forms for my steps and left me to remove them later. I didn't think that I should have had to do that. When I did take off the wood forms, there was some pitting in the concrete. Functionally, the steps were fine; but I did have to apply some concrete myself to get them to look right. Which took me 4-5 hours to complete. Again, the steps are structurally fine; DC just came a little short on some of the details.

They did a really nice job. The only real issue we encountered was that it uses a lot of electricity for the process and we didn't realize how much it would increase our electric bill. They had to come back twice for the job, in the cold of February, as expected. (One in and one out.) They had to install the support really far down, something like 50 feet, in order to reach bedrock. We would have liked to be able to support the home and garage, but we are very happy with what we were able to have them do. They gave us a good deal and we are very happy with their company.

Two previous contractors had attempted to waterproof our basement, unsuccessfully, and we were very pleased when DC Solutions was able to resolve the issue. It's been a year or more and the basement is still dry. Everything was done with a high degree of professionalism, skill and all around good customer service.
