Professional. timely, courteous but they left my porch in a worse condition than they found it...I am out $1000 now and now have to find a new company to fix my problem...

We were very sorry to hear that the poly injection system did not correct your settling concrete issue. We did everything possible to correct the settling and refused to take payment that day because we knew that you were not pleased. Again....we are very sorry that we could not correct your issue.

I was so impressed with the work they did. I needed 9 piers installed to fix an addition that was moving. They were all courteous and very hard workers. The job was completed in a timely fashion and everything looked great afterwards. I would highly recommend this company. Great job!!

The technician came out and did a thorough inspection and in the end didn’t find anything wrong with the foundation and he said that he didn’t find anything. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

Foundation coating review for an old porch that has much of the vertical concrete coating missing on the columns and outer lower walls. I've no doubt that the workers sent to perform the repair are good at new forming and installation of concrete. With foundation repairs, not so much. The work they performed on my porch, when completed, looks like a landscape with hills and craters. It appears that one more step to put a skim coat would have given me a flat(er) surface.When I called about my concerns complete with photos The supervisor stated, and I quote: liked the end result of what was done.

Chris and his staff are totally professional and dedicated to outstanding customer service. D C Solutions responded promptly to my request and were sensitive to the time I needed to have the work done. The crew who installed 4 steel piers under our sinking family room/garage wall were knowledgeable, dependable and courteous. Dustin, the foreman, was conscientious about keeping me informed on the project and although it was a very messy operation they left having cleaned up and removing all the debris. Dustin is an excellent ambassador for the motto "customer satisfaction comes first"!!
