Cut and Roll Painting

We hired this company to paint the interior of our home. We were very disappointed in the length of time that it took to complete the project and the lack of attention to detail. I had to request corrections and clean up to several areas of the home. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Dimitri, he demanded that I pay before the job was completed. I told him that I was not comfortable with that and he pointed to the contract and stated that I was required to pay before they corrected the errors. While he did ultimately acquiesce , it was a lot of stress and poor customer service. I would not recommend his services to others.

Cut and Roll Painting did exceptional work repairing some severe water damage caused by a local roofing company. I have waited to review the work, holding my breath that the damage was truly resolved and wouldn't resurface. The crew was professional and organized. They worked without a great deal of noise and were respectful in every way. They cleaned up very thoroughly inside the house. They did dump plaster scraps in the lawn (what was that?). I can't say enough about the quality of the work. Of course there are always those details that have to be reiterated. I will hire them again without hesitation. They do work like craftsmen and craftswomen used to do work.

Did a very good job

Failed to meet expected deadline. They were hired to remove and repaint popcorn ceilings throughout the house -PRIOR to us moving in furniture and belongings. They FAILED miserably. Everything had to be re-cleaned. We are still removing dust and spackle debris around the house. I could have done this myself ...

This young company did an excellent job. We did have to have them come back to do some extra sanding & painting in the bathroom - which they did very graciously. They were negotiable, polite and hardworking!
