Jason and Eric essentially rebuilt my deck: new floorboards, moved my steps and made them more senior-friendly, and installed black, aluminum handrails that matched my front porch railing and backyard fence. It turned out perfectly and was exactly what I wanted! It is beautiful. They also installed a back door and repaired and wrapped (in vinyl) my basement door which had had wood rot. He is very detailed oriented and saves me money by handling the work of several trades. For instance, if I am doing a complete shower renovation, Steven can handle the plumbing, shower pan, shower liner, drain, demo and new tile installation, niches, benches and installation of the shower door. He made sure to clean up after completing the job and took measures to safeguard my floors by using plastic and paper on the stairs and hallway. (The job was located upstairs) Not a lot of contractors wouldâ ve done that.
