Got two estimates for an irrigation water pump repair. Not only was their cost estimate significantly less than other company, but they were able to do the repairs while on site. Repairs were doing quickly, professionally, friendly, and successfully. The costs were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any water pump services and I will definitely be using them in the future, as necessary.

These guys were great. They came the same day we called and even called again to let me know they were on their way. They got my irrigation well and pump up and running again within a couple hours. So happy with their service and will use them again for sure.

We're in an area where the wells are going dry. Another company had drilled a new well for us but were had not yet put in the new pump. We had no water from our old well on a Friday afternoon, the drilling company could not get here until next week. This company called us back immediately upon contacting Angi. He had a crew here in about an hour and they took care of us. Super great crew, kowledgeable, and they had everything they needed to install a well pump right on their truck and we had water again, whew!! It looks like we also saved a couple thousand dollars having Custom Pump do this work compared to the bid we had from the well drillers. We can't recommend this company more highly.

The owner did not follow the standard procedure for disinfecting a well. Hence, his services were worthless!

They called me shortly after visiting Home adviser on line. We talked at 7:20am and they had ateam out to my house by 8:20am. Very professional. Diagnosed the problems we had with our well and I had water by 1:30pm. I highly recommend the excellent company!

Matt was very timely with all communication. Told me the worst case scenario so I could be prepared. Explained most likely scenario. Matt and his employees were very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely trust them to work on my well without me being there. Very trustworthy. Would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.
