Its nice to have honest, quick and professional pros like Matt. Matt was fast, thorough, and even opened it up again at the very end after he closed it up, to adjust the check valve and get even better pressure. Great guy, friendly, and really knows what hes doing. Five stars.

Matt was very helpful. We thought our water pump had gone out. Matt called me and had me go out to the well house and had me explain what was going on. He told me that it was just frozen and explained how and where to thaw the frozen part. He talked to me over the phone about the pressure gauge and some things to be aware of and to keep an eye out for possible problems. He kept in touch with me until a little after 11:00. He didn't charge me anything. You don't see or hear that very often these days. We appreciate his help and would recommend his service to others. Thanks again for your help.

Matt arrived on time, he started the process by inspecting the well pump pressure switch which he found to be faulty. he replaced the switch, tested it and was gone in 15 minutes. I found the pricing to be reasonable. I am very satisfied with Custom Pump Services.

Excellent service. Needed a well pump evaluation and a pressure switch and gauge installed. Matt was on his way to another job and was going right by my place. He swung in, made the repair and evaluation in a very short time. Family has water again, thanks Matt!

I was very pleased with the service I received. They returned my call within a few minutes and arrived close to the estimated time. We had no water because the pump wasn't working. The repairman went right to work and solved the problem shortly.
