They did an incredible job in my attic. They were clean and even moved the boxes around we had up in the space so they could finish the job. They actually told me about a "rebate" program that my service provider was having and I ended up receiving 3/4 of the costs back. Excellent Service!

Their price was good. Our only complaint was that when they left, there were Poweraide bottles, screws and other gutter parts all over our lawn. The price was good though so we were ok.

They arrived when they said they would. The installers were very nice and knowledgeable. David gave us the estimate was also very knowledgeable and was not pushy or overbearing. It was cold on the day of installation and the installers informed me that they had broken a window shutter while trying to reinstall it. The next day they returned with a new shutter. Wow, now that's what I call service. Overall, a very good choice and would definitely recommend custom Insulation Co.

The initial contact was very generous with his time and information, and the installers were good. However, the first bill was inappropriate since they had to do less work than initially anticipated. Finally, the cost reduction was rather negligible. The end product is fine.
