Mike charged us a fair price for the project. Team showed guided us through the process, showed us some intermediate steps before they sealed everything. Cleaned up after they were done. I am very pleased with results as it is much warmer in the room now.

CIC is what one should expect from a business who comes into your home; professional. Eric took the time to go over the project, gave us multiple options. Communication was great. Phone calls were returned promptly, concerns or questions were answered quickly and honestly. Job started on time, finished a few days late, but understandable that sometimes things are out of one's control. Workers were, again, professional, job met all expectations.

Eric was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed of every step in the process and the spray foam could not have been done better. Just to warn you though you will hear about spray foam not being properly installed from other companies and if the mixture is off it can create health issues so picking the right installers is key. Custom Insulation installed correctly with no issues so no need to worry, but spray foam still requires time to cure and even cured there will be a remnant oder so give it a day or two with open windows to air the smell out and you'll have no problem. If you want spray foam I would highly recommend Custom Insulation as they know what they are doing and that can't be overstated
