Nestor woke me up (thankfully!) at 7:45a saying he could perform our a structural home inspection at 11am that same day. Done. He was there at exactly 11am. As he meticulously walked around the property, crawled through the attic, and the crawl space, i asked a bunch of questions and he kindly answered all of them. His report was full of well-explained descriptions of the problem areas of the structure along with photos.
