Replaced a 3 hole faucet with a single hole faucet with motion sense. The plumbing technician was knowledgeable of this type install. Challenges that that had led me to hire a professional instead of doing a self install were easily resolved. Removal and replacement was completed as we discussed. He went over operation of the faucet and motion sense electronics with me after the install. Job was completed with time and cost as discussed prior to hire. Installed faucet looks great.

The other HomeAdvisor suggested vendors did not have the skills necessary to do the job. This was not my opinion, to be clear. This is what they said when I explained the job to be done. Crossroads showed up, knew what to do, and did what they said when they said they would do it. Shocking to me the others call themselves plumbers. They didn't have a clue. I am happy with Crossroads.
