Finally after 30 years we do not have any mice. And all the credit goes to Norman, Dan and Jake. They work so meticulously to rid the house of any openings or entrances. Norman and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. Jake and Daniel methodically went around my house, addressing all the mouse/squirrel entries Norman had marked on his initial visit. The guys were polite and respectful of my property and answered all my questions. After work was completed, I caught 3 more mice in traps, but that is to be expected if they had no exit and had been trapped inside the house. Since then, I've had no further activity and my traps are empty. I will continue to set traps, because I don't believe any building can be made totally critter-proof. The service is expensive, but worth it if my house remains mouse free. Critterex promises to return if problem returns. Highly recommend!
