Efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Sealed up our attic against squirrels and our garage against mice. Norm was also very clear in advance about price and gave us the option of adding additional services, which we did.

Norman was thorough in explaining what he planned to do; mice are pesky little devils. He warned us that if an intruder was still in the house he would not be able to get out which did occur. We set traps as recommended but our guy didn't like peanut butter. I would use Critterex again. They do not use poisons which was important to us as we have an indoor cat.

Norman from Critterex responded to my inquiry promptly and came over to remove an opossum I had trapped, while attempting to catch a groundhog from under my barn. He set 3 separate traps, one under the barn, one under my back deck and one under my front porch, where we could smell traces of skunk. He returned from the back yard after setting the traps to say he'd already caught the groundhog that was under my barn! He then removed both the opossum and the groundhog. The next morning I found all 3 traps full of critters! There was another opossum from under the barn and 2 skunks! He had closed up all the other openings near the tunnel holes and caught and removed all 5 critters in just two days! Very happy with Critterex's service! I will call him again, if I have any more critter issues. Thanks Norman!

The bat removal project is still in process. Bats have been excluded, replacement of attic insulation still to follow. So far I have been quite satisfied with Norm Hemsworth's courtesy, prompt responsiveness and reliability.

Had skunk smell in out basement and was looking for skunk removal company and check HomeAdvisor and saw Critterex had the best reviews. Norm was very thorough in checking our attic, yard and the complete house for our supposed critter and found the skunk must have sprayed outside and came in through the soffits with the smell ending up in our basement, yuck. Piece of mind was exactly what we needed in making sure no skunk was in our home. Thank you Norm for quick response to our call that day!

They did a great service, with courtesy and professionally. We will call them again if needed. BTW, they caught the groundhog and they were going to "relocate" it. It was a quite big one

Norman was prompt, professional and thorough. Too soon to tell if the mice problem is resolved but not for lack of trying. Norman identified several areas of entry and sealed them up! Although a very nice man, I hope not to see him again....in a professional capacity!

Several holes were filled to prevent more mice from coming in. Two traps were left to catch the mice I have in the house. They have been in place for several days with NO trappings, yet I saw two mice in my living room last night. I am still hoping that the traps will work!
