Norman came out and did a complete inspection of our home including numerous photos to show us problem areas that we wouldn't be able to see such as eaves and roof. He explained the process thoroughly. Daniel came out and put all of that into practice. They were personable, professional and thorough. So far so good. And most important to us is that the solution they offer is chemical frr.

We had them come back a couple years later to do a once over and check for any new spots. They were able to find a couple minor points of entry that could have become concerns and took care of them for us. Fit us in ahead of schedule, did the work quickly worth the peace of mind going into another winter.

Very prompt and friendly service. But I have no way to know whether the work was actually effective until this winter. If I don't hear the scratching of little mice feet, I will judge the work quality high and the value for money acceptable. Everything about the company and its service did impress me so I expect I will be happy.

Norman was extremely friendly and helpful. He took time to explain to me the reasons why I was have critter problems and offer solutions to solve them (although those required booking his more expensive services again). However he did the job he came to do (remove a bat located in my basement) with caution and care. I’d recommend Critterex to anyone.

Came out promptly for an informative and thorough estimate and review of the project. On the day of the appointment, their team member showed up on time, was very friendly and informative. Worked diligently till the project was completed and then walked me through everything that was completed. This included searching out and plugging all potential points of entry discreetly, as well as setting up a humane trap and camera at the final suspected entry location. I haven’t had an issue since, it has even reduced the number of insects in the house as well

Very nice to deal with. Got the squirrel out of the house humanely, and closed up the areas where they possibly could come in. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company if you need pest removal!

Norman & his wife Adele are tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us resolve our mice problem and quickly followed up with our snake problem. I also appreciate Daniel who was very nice & explained everything to me when they sent him to seal our house from basement to roof from opportunistic mice. I especially appreciate Norman returning two days in a row when some black snakes got trapped in my basement and garage. I was in a panic! When our neighbors were unable to find either of the snakes, Norman found both and took them off-site to release them.
