He took my money. Only did 1 project. He has never refunded my money-over $15000 should have been returned to me. The consumer protection division of the attorney generals office got involved and he still refused to return my money. Stay away from this contractor!

No - Steve pocketed $2300 / more than half of cost, he bought the wrong vinyl, and nailed vinyl on my exterior walls. When fired he filed a $3000 mechanics lien to screw homeowners on the sale of the property. Total conman - DO NOT USE!!!

Obviously there is MUCH more to this story! Majority of reviews are 5 star for a reason. The honest truth about this project. 1. Repaired the clients carpet and he was very happy with the quality and quick response to the work. 2. Pressured washed the exterior house removing algae and stain and the client was extremely happy. 3. Client's existing siding was discontinued and we took a piece of this siding to 6 distributors for a color match. The client was pushing to have this job done in one week, so the siding we tried was not. perfect fit. 4. Client was too impatient and decided to use another contractor to finish the work. 5. Client still owes 50% of the balance and locked up the material we were going to return. 6. Client breached our signed contract, so that is why the lien was filed on the property.

The siding repair was very well done. Communication was excellent-email, phone calls, and in person. Job was completed in a timely manner. Would rehire for this and other jobs as well!

We contracted Crest Mark to remove our large existing deck, benches and planters and replace the area with Trex. Snags that were encountered were handled and we are happy with the end result. It will be ready for our no maintenance enjoyment in the spring.
