Creative Remodeling of Orlando, LLC

I chose Creative Remodeling to replace windows, siding and repair some termite damage. Mark McGrath crew arrived daily on time. Mark was in contact with me during the whole job which lasted 3 days and on several ocassions Mark was in contact with me several times a day. He even had the window installers come back and touch up some calking that did not meet his standards. I cannot say enough good words about my very positive experience working with Creative Remodeling. The job was completed on time with very excellent results. We are very satisfied and I can highly recommend Creative for window and siding installation.

Window install was fantastic. Many, many positive comments from people taking a walk by the house. Would recommend for window install again. Did a fine job on the back porch fixes as-well. The only thing not so great was install of a patio door. The trim finish was a rush job to get it done and get out. Did not use a mitre saw to cut outside door trim, so looks unprofessionally done. I will have to go back and rework it myself. But, I would recommend to anyone wanting to install windows. John K.

Mark McGrath and his team did an excellent job installing the siding on our townhouse. Very efficient, very fair with the estimate, and the installation was done professionally. Our townhouse looks absolutely great. It was a pleasure working with Mark. He is honest, reliable and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Quality job from start to finish. His team that installed the siding were very pleasant at the job site and that was appreciated. We would highly recommend anyone interested in having any home improvements to give Mark a call. Straight forward and honest approach. Superior price, based on product and intangiables. Mark applied project management principles. Managed the job, window vendor, scheduling, and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction. We had minor issues, Mark/Vendor resolved without question. Mark went out of his way to research tax benefits, and shared that with his customer. He did not do that to sell the deal, he did that to educate the customer. It will buy me $1500 in 2010 tax credit. This was my best experience with any home improvement contractor and/or vendor.

I plan on completing the project at a later date.

Mark did a great job from quoting the job to final inspection. All task were completed on time when his company said they world be done. The installation team was some of the cleanest installed I have ever seen.
