Brian was very professional, kept me informed of progress and was easy to work with. We did the enclosure with the vinyl windows. Looks great!

The crew was extremely professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and above reproach. The work area around our home was cleaned nightly and left in an acceptable fashion. They were always on time and present every day possible. Only rain stopped their progress. I would definitely recommend Creative remodeling of Orlando.

I can not express enough how satisfied we are and how beautiful our screen room is! We received 5 estimates and CRO was the only company who followed up. Their customer service is above & beyond any company I have done business with. They will truly go out of their way to make sure you are not inconvenienced. I felt that my business and satisfaction was genuinely appreciated and important to them. All of their personel was professional and thier craftmanship is superb! I highly reccomend CRO and they will be my first consideration for any future remodeling plans I have.

Jack Mazur was very nice to deal and Shawn McDaniel who did the installation was wonderful. Neat clean and timely. I would hightly recommend them.

The windows arrived a week sooner than expected and were expertly installed in one day. I am very pleased with the windows themselves, I just wish the price could have been a little lower.

SALES MGR PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF REBATES. AFTER JOB WAS DONE I WAS TOLD TO CALL PROGRESS ENERGY AND TELL THEM THAT I WAS THINKING OF REPLACING WINDOWS. THEIR POLICY IS THAT THEY INSPECT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION THEREFORE I WAS TOLD I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR REBATE. TRIED CALLING AND MY CALLS ARE NOT ANSWERED OR RETURNED. THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR AS THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALL AND I WILL PERSUE THIS WITH BBB. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO GET ALL THAT WAS PROMISED ON WORK ORDER AND FINALLY THEY CAME AND FINISHED AND WAS PROMISED CALL BACKS REGARDING REBATES AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING...VERY DISAPPOINTED
