Mark was very prompt in responding to my need for a bid for 13 windows in my home. Came in below 2 other bidders with a higher end product. Windows were here in two weeks, and installed two days later (on my schedule). Jason and Matt installed flawlessly and all in a day. I would highly recommend this company -- very friendly, efficient, and professional.

Excellent. Mark followed up everyday. The price was similar to that quoted by other firms, but the workmanship was superb. The subs were very knowledgeable and listened to my inputs. Overall, an excellent choice.

Mark McGrath and his team surpassed my expectations on every level throughout the entire remodeling project! From the initial consultation to the daily progress and even post-project, they were always available to answer my questions and even suggest alternatives that added to the beautiful house we now call home. Mark was even able to help trim the project budget by offering price options on various materials when warranted. Because so much was involved in this project, I wasn't looking forward to the pains usually associated with remodeling projects. I was so relieved to find that Mark was as passionate about the project as I was.

My project was finished on time with only a couple of minor mishaps that were handled in a timely manner. Example: window supplier sent 2 wrong handles from my windows. Corrected as soon as possible. windows have not been installed yet. We are trying to set a date for the next few days, The windows were measured by his installer the same day I met with him to sign the contract. He just called me to tell me windows are in last night; however I was not home when he called. I tried to call him this morning, 10/28, but as I got answering machine, I left a message for him to call me back.
