Reviews
Write a ReviewWe paid $10,000 for our crawlspace to be encapsulated in 2023. The dehumidifier they installed in 2023 quit working in 2024 after the one year warranty expired and I had to pay $1,000 to have another one installed. March 2025 the dehumidifier quit again. I called and they sent a technician out here and he said the company no longer uses those dehumidifiers. He inferred that they are of substandard quality and if I purchased another it would be quite expensive. He checked the dehumidifier and said my electrical outlet had switched it off. So, I paid an electrician to replace the outlet with one that doesn't automatically switch off. The dehumidifier continued to quit working. So, I asked an HVAC company to come and check it out. He said the dehumidifier is fills with water and cuts off because it isn't draining properly. He emptied it out and said it hadn't been correctly installed. I had another company install one and they replaced the worn out door to the space with a good one
That's right, mechanical items break and that's why they have a stated warranty period. We offered a 1 year and a 5 year dehumidifier. The 1 year is $600 and the 5 year is $1,395. After 1 year, it's a paid replacement. Customer stated that "we paid $10,000 so everything that breaks should be free". Well I take a $42,000 car to the dealership all the time and nothing is free when the warranty is up. We genuinely love to help people and have a lot of grace with warranty periods but having a bad attitude towards us when we try to help doesn't help us help you. You can see from thousands of other people reviewing us that this person is unjustly trying to get something for free and they do not reflect our actual work.
solid company
I had an excellent experience with Jim Briley and his team at Crawl Spaces and More. They are honest, reliable, and truly stand behind their work—even after 10 years, which is rare these days. Izaiah Sigala came out to evaluate a foundation drainage issue, provided a solid solution, and they fixed it without any issues. I also chose to have a full crawl space encapsulation done, along with a dehumidifier, concrete work and two JIMBO Jacks installed for deck support. Everything works perfectly. The entire team is hardworking, professional, and full of integrity. Highly recommend—no need to look anywhere else!
Chandler and the owners installers did an incredible job, very cautious and careful at the same time very sympathetic with us and our situation.
Yes, great job
Nathan, the point man, was thorough and patient while explaining the process. The installation technicians were prompt, professional, and friendly. The accounts payable person was also patient and friendly. I'm very pleased and highly recommend them.
Landon does a great job of explaining and following up with the customers and their specific needs. All work was done exactly as stated and in a timely manner. The work crew did a fantastic job and took attention to every detail of their job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of basement repairs.
In these days and times, it is quite challenging to find individuals that follow through on their word. Georgia has been dealing with copious amounts of rain this year and we have had ongoing moisture issues in our basement. When the hurricane and two consistent days of rain hit, these gentlemen arrived at our home early in the morning at the time the promised and consistently worked towards remedying our basement water issues. Even when most things stopped in this state, they were steadfast in the task of insuring that the water stayed out of our basement. They are honest and an absolute pleasure to do business with for your basement/crawlspace issues. The Davis family is grateful.
Very professional and provided pictures of their work, as I was not occupying the home at the time.
I was so impressed with Jessica and Nathan of Crawlspaces and More from the initial prompt scheduling of my appointment, to their detailed estimation of the project cost and their efficacy in work completion. They were very plesant and professional. During the intial inspection of my crawlspace, Nathan was very through and listened to my concern about cost and didn't try to upsell me. At that point I admired his integrity. I was surprise how affordable it was in comparison to a competitor's price that I hired them within weeks to do an interior basement waterproofing job for another property. What a great company and I highly recommend them for your Crawlspace and More needs!
