Good even if expensive. Only negative was left dirty marks on carpet and nobody spoke good English, this made discussing questions about things on the day impossible.

We received a call within an hour of placing the request on Service Magic. Bill was very polite and professional. He came very quickly, on a Sunday to provide a one time service. He gave us some tips to prevent future bug problems. We will see how effective the treatment was within the next week or two. Overall we were very satisfied with the responsiveness.
