Excellent customer service for a first time person having a roof done. If I ever do it again I would still choose complete exterior. Excellent job based on the opinion of someone who knows roofing i love it! Job started and completed on time just like they said it would be. Very good job of cleaning up and putting things back as they were. I would truly recommend them to a friend.

The roof leaks around both chimneys after the new roof was installed, and it leaks now more even worse than what it use to before the new roof.

Complete Exteriors installed house wrap, soffits, fascia, gutters and down spouts on my new house construction. Mike was my customer support rep for the project. He was was professional throughout the process. He responded quickly to all of my inquiries by phone and email. Most of the work was completed by Douglas and his assistants Benjamin and Caesar. The installation crews were hardworking and efficient and the quality of their work was great. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'm very satisfied with the end product.

After I requested possible companies from Angi, I promptly received quite a few possibilities. I selected three to provide estimates for the job. All 3 responded and provided estimates with detailed information about their products and services. I made a choice (Complete Exteriors) based on perceived quality, price, and schedule. I promptly received a response from Mike of Complete Exteriors providing additional details and a price breakdown. The job was completed in one day, yesterday, after about a week due partially to inclement weather. I was effectively kept informed of the progress and the need for the additional plywood (I knew 3-4 sheets were needed; 8 in total were replaced). The job was completed mid-afternoon. The results look beautiful! They also provided me with photos of the damaged plywood while still in place on the roof, details pf the progress, and the completed job from on the roof. I am completely happy with their work and their results, as well as their price.

The day after the completed work. One guy came over and took a opened bundle of shingles. I told the sales person that I wanded all my left overs and only got the shingles left over.

When they gave you quote for price they are not like other companies starting high amounts of money.
