Mike met me at my house on time and delivered a very competitive quote. We went with the Certainteed Landmark Pro shingle which included a 5 star warranty from Certainteed. Alberto and the team showed up on time and were professional. We had some wet weather when the roof was installed but since they installed the roof a section at a time the roof was always covered and not exposed to the weather. The new roof looks great and Complete Exteriors was a pleasure to work with on this project.

Had some siding damage from high winds recently, and decided to give these guys a call. Mike's initial visit was both brief and productive, and he was very conscious of social distancing, etc. with COVID-19 going on. Mike was quickly able to get me a quote and deal with a little back and forth with the insurance company getting things straight, as they ended up extending the repair to the entire house since the old siding was discontinued. Wow, the crew was awesome and highly detail-oriented, and also very personable guys to have around the house for a couple days. I was really blown away with the finished product! Everything done right down to the last bit of caulking and haven't found anything, not even a nail, laying around the house after cleanup. Our 5 kids and 5 pets appreciate this! I would recommend Complete Exteriors to my closest friends if they needed some work done. So stoked to have a perfect exterior of my house again after looking at all these little dings that have happened over the years.

Complete Exteriors recently replaced the shingles on my townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. I also hired them to replace our gutters and downspouts. The roof shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles and they look great. The Complete Exteriors crew arrived around 7 A.M. and they completed the job in less than one day (done before 3 P.M.). The crew supervisor kept me in the loop throughout the roof replacement process and frequently showed me close-up pictures of the work being done on the roof. Their price for the roofing work was excellent (I got eight bids, and their price was the best by far for the roofing job). The gutters and downspouts were replaced the next day. Complete Exteriors subcontracted this work to another vendor, which also did good work. In retrospect, I may have divided the contract into two jobs, solely because the price from Complete Exteriors was not the lowest bid I received for the gutters and downspouts. However, their overall combined price for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts was at least $500 lower than any other bid I received. Another reason I gave them both contracts was to simplify the contracting process, as I wanted one company to be responsible for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by Complete Exteriors' roofing crew and by the subcontractor they hired that installed the new gutters and downspouts, and I highly recommend Complete Exteriors.
