requested a quote to replace damages gutters. they came right away, didn't try to sell me anything extra, sent me the quote. once hired, they showed up when promised, completed the job and sent me the bill. that's exactly how i want to do business with a company.

They were quick and communicative about coming about to give me an estimate the same day, accommodated our request for a less common color choice to match other existing gutters, and were able to come out quickly and do the job. During the first rain there was a slight issue in the level of the gutters (determined to be caused by the unlevel facia installed by another company), but they were quick to respond, have management get in touch, and properly level the gutters before the next rain. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Completed Exteriors, LLC exceeded my expectations of a superior job replacing my roof. They even replaced 7 areas of my rotting roof and replaced it with new boards. They are licensed, insured and completely legitimate. In my personal opinion they gave me honest competitive estimates without trying to take advantage of me. My only advice that I can give you is to get at least 5 or 6 estimates before you choose. Complete Exteriors gave me about the same bid as 2 others companies. Don t sign any contracts until you received all your bids plus written estimates, plus have the actual funds available. I chose Complete Exteriors because there was no sales pressure, they seemed better prepared and gave more than one option to choose from the cheapest to the a better quality shingle on my house. I choose option 2 which was a better warranty, better quality shingle. The other 2 companies only gave me one option, too much sales pressure and too eager to push me to sign a binding contract after 3 business days. These two companies were just way too hungry to get my business and that gave me red flags to hold off. I checked out Complete Exteriors and found out that this company would sponsor and donate money for school sports events so kids can have the right equipment to play sports is okay is in my book. They gave back to the community and I like that.

Tom , the owner, is an absolute pro! He walked us through his process and even expertly guided us through the insurance process. He went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend him and his company.

The Estimator arrived on time fully prepared with written estimate and proposal. Completely explained all of the materials available and the process of the project. No hard sale tactics or pressure which is a huge plus for me. I felt comfortable with the company and the process and hired them. They did a complete roof tear off ( 2 ) layers knowing there would be possible wood damage as well. They completed the project exactly when and how that they said they would with the correct materials. I deal with contractors in the commercial sector every day and was very pleased to have delt with a contractor that i have never met before or have done work for me before, do what they said they were going to do and when they said they would. I have other projects that I will be asking them to look into in the future.
