Reviews
Write a ReviewThey are eager to give you an estimate. Then they assign the work to contractors. When you ask for ETAs on work they tell you the job supervisor will call you - which they never do. Then random people start showing up at your house doing work. You then receive a call from someone asking to pay them. Your response will be the work isn t done Then more random people show up whenever they please to finish the work. Avoid this place. They are quick to take your money but non existent if you have questions like when will the work start Shame...
I am sorry you feel this is what happened. We have been in business for over 23 years paint over 300 homes a year. I have worked extremely hard to build a great business and do great work and we do have a great reputation. Ultimately we strive for satisfaction with every homeowner. I will absolutely look into what happened it is not the way we do business. We did have some transition at the beginning of the month where our production manager husband got a job in Florida and she resigned. There was a small period of time where we did not have a production manager checking job sites. I am guessing that maybe what happened in this instance.
All of the staff that I interacted with were polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
