I found Colonial Contracting because of all the positive reviews and simply wanted a roof inspection (which was free). The result was I had hail damage. Brennan with Colonial was amazing from start to finish. I filed a claim with my insurance company, which was initial denied and Brennan guided me through the process, ultimately leading in a second physical inspection by the insurance company (Brennan was present for both), and a complete roof replacement approval. Additionally, the installation team was on time, professional, and covered all my shrubs and deck to prevent any damage. I couldn't be happier with the end result and would have no issue recommending this roofing company.

Michael the tech who completed the inside work was very professional and thorough. He exceeded my expectations so I called Colonial to rave about his work.

I'm a US Military service member stationed abroad and contracted Colonial to work on one of my VA rentals. They were very quick to respond, schedule an estimate, provide the estimate, and proceed with the repair (start to finish less than 2 weeks). They communicated incredibly well, took before and after photos and were able to do all of that communicating through email and occasionally international phone. Cannot recommend them more and will definitely return for any future service!

Great company

The work was scheduled quickly and installation was fast. The old gutters were removed, new ones installed and the work was completed within two hours. All old materials were removed and the area cleaned.

We knew we had received roof and gutter damage to our house and were entertaining different contractors. We received a referal from a neighbor based on work they had done. We met with Logan and were comfortable with Colonial's approach and the explanation of the process to work with our insurance to evaluate if there was coverage as well as getting the job done. While the job was not the fastest, due to the insurance company timeline, things were executed very quickly as soon as decisions were made. Typical with any roofing job, there were some roofing nailes left over, but I was pleased the number I found was low. The roof and gutters were done very well and we have found no issues. One issue found after the gutter installation was resolved within a week. We are pleased and would recommend anyone looking for roof or gutter work to engage with Colonial Contracting.

All around great team to work with. Fixed all the issues that the previous owner neglected. Very responsive. Will absolutely be hiring for future projects.
