Over the estimate, poorly handled furniture. A velvet couch stood on end on a dirty truck floor ruined. Lost TV remotes. The owner threatened me over the phone while I was still in route. Demanding payment in full until they could unload. That is fine, I was told they would wait until I arrived at the destination. However, he had me pulled over on hwy 97 demanding payment. The driver was in a hurry to return home so when I showed up the entire truck had been offloaded. EXCEPT MY $30,000 PERSONAL POWER WHEELCHAIR I USE DUE TO MY ALS LOU GERIGS DISEASE LEAVING ME UNABLE TO WALK. THE OWNER AND DRIVER INSISTED I OWED $2900. THE ESTIMATE WAS $2100-$2300. OR they would IMPOUND MY MOBILITY CHAIR. FOR A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN SENIOR LIVING. 5 hours from Sandy OR to Klamath Falls OR. Nothing is transparent. Overcharges not itemized on Bill. I would not use again or recommend Coastline Moving. They charge you from THE TIME THEY LEAVE THEIR SHOP. I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THEIR ADDRESS, NOT CLOSE. He estimated 2 hours to load my tiny apartment. But didn't mention the 3 hour minimum. Or extra wrapping fees. Or the counting of how many steps it is from their truck to your door. Hhmm, I showed them a shorter way. My experience was not good.

I'm sorry you feel upset about the price. We didn't charge you the actual amount you claim. We did try to work with you, but you kept refusing. We are still willing to work with you and try to make you happy.
