My job took much longer than they initially stated--the pool tile clean up process was terrible-- Cliffs tried to increase my contracted price after they had my deck ripped out and I had to have them come back to redo parts of the job that they cut corners to get completed which was insulting. I am a local Ft Lauderdale real estate agent and would never recommend this company, given my experience. The bottom line is money -that is all that is cared about -- not customer service or reputation. A reputable company does things right the first time with pride.

Cliffs Pools entire team made our pool renovation successful. I urge anyone thinking about pool update to give these guys a call. Customer service very experienced and kept me informed through every step. The tile and surface teams were very talented and experience showed through entire job. Clean, polite, and kept me updated. Then the service team with fire up completed making our pool most beautiful ever seen. Service team also completed other fixes above my expectations. We had the Equinox iridescent blue tile installed with cliffs blue surface. Awesome!!!!!

Cliffs pools upper management are the worst. The owners son promised many things they did not deliver, Once the contract was signed I did not deliver, The leak is still there that I called about in the first place is still there. Cliff's blue program cost me 350. the water is still the same.

The deciding factor on choosing Cliff Pools to refinish my pool was that the people that do there work are there employees not sub-contractors. From start to finish they kept me informed on the process and once they were done they cleaned up after themselves.
