Cliff's Pools & Patios Affordable Makeovers

The only word I can use for the workmanship accomplished by the employees at Cliff pools is, outstanding!!! I have never come across a pool company such as Cliff’s pools that pull all the stops in order to ensure perfect and pristine workmanship when it comes to fixing any of your pool needs. Their employees are so dedicated, responsible and selfless to the Cliff’s Pool’s mission of customer service, that it’s beyond belief! If I hadn’t seen it for myself, I wouldn’t believe it because I’ve never seen that kind of dedication, responsibility and selflessness to the job at hand other than the military. The Cliff’s Pool staff were truly extraordinary no task or request was insurmountable. They were always quick to respond to all of my emails or all of my voicemail messages. I couldn’t have been taken care of better if I did it myself. They just care about you, the customer, plain and simple. You won’t go wrong hiring Cliff’s Pool for your pool needs.

Aggressive and rude

We were very pleased with Cliff's Pools and Patios' services. They remodeled our patio and pool and it looks excellent. The entire project went very smoothly and within the expected timeframe.

We recently hired Cliffs Pools to resurface the commercial pool at our condo complex, and we are completely satisfied with their service and the finished product. They were excellent about working with our timeline and started the project exactly when they said they would. Throughout the entire process, they stayed on schedule.

We used Cliff's Pools to build a pergola and resurface our pool deck. Tony was excellent in the up front process, taking the time to understand what we wanted and address our concerns. He patiently took us through the materials selection, guiding us through all the options. The gentlemen who installed the pergola (I can’t remember their names, Sorry!) were very professional. They were focused on getting the job done, doing it correctly and clean. I couldn’t believe how fast it went up! Oscar and Kevin did the patio resurfacing, and again, we were so pleased! Both very professional, communicative through the process, setting expectations along the way. They showed up ready to work, worked hard, organized, and clean! They finished a day ahead of schedule, which blew me away. I know Oscar worked very hard the last day to beat the rain and make it happen. Throughout the process everyone (including our Project managers Henry and Jonea) were very communicative and friendly every time we spoke. It was obvious to me that everyone who worked on our project cared about the product they were delivering, and that customer service is an important part of the culture at Cliff’s. They delivered the most easy and pleasant experience a customer could hope for in a reno project.

company lied about ability to do a basic job, came back and convinced me to let them fix their mistake only to make the problem much worse. Lack of integrity. Lack of responsibility and horrible pushy business practices. BEWARE!!! My pool looks awful and is not blue but patchy white with large squares of discoloration. Company also told me Cliffs blue was the problem when they uphold me to Cliffs blue. BE WARNED OF THEIR SCAM!

As a very satisfied customer of Cliffsâ s Pools for a couple of years, my pool pump was antiquated and not performing very well. Cliffâ s maintenance department informed me that I needed a re-plumbing from a two pump system to and a one pump system to work efficiently. I agreed and was extremely happy with the outcome. I was especially impressed with the job done by Andres, their pool technician. He was very polite and thorough in his explanation of the job he was about to do. It was quite an undertaking with the removal of old pipes and equipment. Andres was very efficient and definitely takes great pride in his work. At the end of the job he took time to walk me through all the nuances of the new system and made sure I was comfortable with its operation. Nice to have a company whose employees are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! Highly recommend Cliffâ s Pool Service for all your pool needs.

Cliff's Pools has been a joy to work with since the first proposal. Great follow up, great communication and now our final product has exceeded our expectations. My service rep, Jonea, project manager Luis and Orvill were amazing. We will certainly be recommending Cliff’s Pools to all our friends! Thank you!
