Clearview Advance, LLC

We had Clearview Advance, LLC not only blow off our roof, they cleaned our gutters/downspouts on our house and shed, power washed our walkway, sidewalk and driveway. They also previously replaced our screens on our windows. They are very conscientious and meticulous. We will have them clean our gutters and blow off our roof every Spring. They are our go to for power washing as well.

This company has been great to work with until recently 1) Balachi, the owner, contacted me requesting a change of service date. On the date of service which he suggested, no one showed up. I called him, and he had completely forgot about the appointment. 2) Balachi agreed to remove the slippers in the garage after the house cleaning. Oddly enough, the cleaning lady in his team piled up all the slippers and a dirty sweeper right at the front door. It was the most embarrassing moment of my career as a real estate agent to open a door, instead of seeing a spotless clean home, shockingly seeing a pile of garbage right at the entrance. 3) I specifically requested to have the shower glass cleaned during the job quote session, and I was assured it would be taken care of. However, after the cleaning, I noticed the shower glass was still completely dirty. After discussing this with Balachi, he suggested he could come back to get it cleaned for an additional $200. After I paid more than $1000 for the service, I felt he does not care about the quality of work his team provided nor the customers satisfaction. All he cares about is money. Very disappointed!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Mr. Balachi and his crew were outstanding. We had two separate gutter issues. He fixed the one, then started working on the other. He used his fiber to figure out the problem, went and bought more materials, and came back to finish the job. His pricing was very competitive. He and his crew are courteous, friendly, professional, efficient, and all was clean when they left. I've already asked him to do another job for me.
