Ed is a consummate professional in handling the service he provides and in his quick response to clients. He is friendly, down to earth, informative, yet tenacious, making one feel that he really wants the job. That is so refreshing!! Price was reasonable and competitive ...maybe even the lowest bid? You get a good feeling when you talk to Ed that he'll get the job done to your satisfaction. In regard to the power wash solution itself, it does the job intended to do, but an older home's painted surfaces may require some extra care. Just a heads up, but I would definitely use Clean Verde again. Go with Ed!!

Ed and his team power washed the outside of my house and also worked on my paver driveway to clean out weeds, apply sand, and apply sealant. All the power washing was excellent and thorough. The driveway had two problems that showed up in a couple weeks - some of the sand was leaking out on a sloped area and the sealant, which was supposed to give a darkened, wet look, had some light white spots. Ed came back a few weeks later and completely redid the driveway, adding polymeric sand on the sloped area and resealed the entire drive adding another 5 gallons to the original 10 gallons. After a few weeks and rains, the drive now seems to be holding all the sand and it looks great. I recommend them to everyone that needs power-washing of a deck, walkways, driveways, and exterior house trim - they do an excellent job. Also if something is not right, Ed will come back and work on it until it is right.

I had them clean the gutters and they did a good job. We negotiated the price and I was happy with the end result. They cleaned up after cleaning out the gutters and left my yard in good shape.

Ed was prompt and was able to do my house the next day. After the job was done, he inspected the work with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was so impressed by his workmanship I told him to put me on a yearly schedule.
