Ed was very professional and prompt. He kept in touch with me. If he missed my phone call, he promptly returned the call. His guys pressure washed my driveway and walkway to the house. They also deep cleaned the concrete patio on the back of my house. The patio was deep down dirty. They were able to get it clean. I have new concrete around it. The original concrete won't be identical to the new concrete but they got it close to it as possible.

Outstanding work! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ed is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and a true gentleman. His crew is thorough, meticulous, careful and pay great attention to detail. They cleaned our gutters (which hadn’t been cleaned in years) and our gutters are now spotless. They cleared all the downspouts and reattached the gutter in a couple spots where it was pulling away from the roof. After they finished, they blew all debris off the roof, blew all the debris out of the yard below and then to my surprise they washed off the front and back porch and front steps! They left the yard and house perfectly clean. This team is very good at what they do and as such will not leave a jobsite until it is perfect - which sometimes requires them to spend extra time to get it right as was the case with my job. As a result, they sometimes run a bit late for their appointments but Ed kept me informed by phone about any delays and any delays were absolutely worth it to have the job done so nicely. I will certainly use these guys in the future and it is such a nice surprise to find folks who care so deeply about the quality of their work.

Ed came out right away and quoted the job, and Juan came out on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters.

They were very pleasant and professional, but they were LATE, both to the estimate meeting and to the actual job - by two hours. We are very busy people and that cost them .5 on what would be a 5. The only issue I had was that they pulled the hose thru my flowers and flattened them and when the house dried, it streaked pretty bad. I was able to rinse the chemicals off with just a hose, but I had to take it all around the entire house. It probably would have come off with the next rain, but I didn't want it to dry with the streaks. I would still use them again, but they need to improve their scheduling and NOT BE LATE and possibly stay around after long enough to rinse off the residue that ran down all over the house.
