WHILE I WAS HAPPY FOR THE MOST PART WITH THE GIRLS WORK, I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WATER MARKS ON MY LAMINATE FLOORING AND AREAS OF TILE FLOORS WERE NOT CLEAN. MY BIGGEST DISSAPOINTMENT WAS WITH THE SCHEDULING, CHANGING OF THE SCHEDULE WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A CARE AS TO MY HAVING TO JUGGLE MY PLANS TO MAKE SURE MY DOG WAS OUT OF THE HOUSE AND WAY OF YOUR WORKERS. I HAD TO SIT IN THE PARK IN 100 DEGREE HEAT FOR AN HOUR UNTIL THE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM WAS FINISHED SO I COULD GET HER BACK HOME.

3 ladies, just under an hour, looks really good. But they didn't ask if we were satisfied, they were just done. Fortunately it was done very well. Nice and shiny and clean, even the ceiling fan. I also probably should have checked before saying goodbye. I'll hire them again =)

I think they did an okay job. They missed dusting the top of the door jambs which I hadn't noticed until the next day. Is it a must to do a white glove test?

The first time they came in to clean, they were fantastic! Now when they come in to clean, they are a little lazy about how they work. I think it's great that they work as a crew because then they aren't here that long. I love the fact that they give back to the community by cleaning for cancer patients that are undergoing treatment. That is a big plus as I'm a cancer survivor!
