I was told they would need to charge more money on the initial visit because they wanted to clean my house top to bottom, then my regular service would maintain this level of clean. Imagine my surprise when I got home and found this not done. Dirt on hanging pictures, door jams, all shelving was left untouched. What a rip off. !!!

Poor work on floors.

The ladies that came to do the cleaning were very friendly, as was Veronica when originally talking with her. We hired her for house cleaning and for our office cleaning. The issue is that the cleaning ladies were often late, especially as it came to doing our office building. I had to inquire multiple times when they would be there up to 45 mins after they were late. Her rates are based on time, but she attempted to charge for the full time even though her cleaners were late. I asked her if the rate would reflect the decrease in time and she said yes, but then the invoice came and it was for the full rate. Often at the house they would be there for only approx 2 hours (9-11) but I always got charged the full rate. The first time they cleaned it looked amazing, but went downhill from there, as many other cleaning services do. I told Veronica the first day we met that it is important to me it be deep cleaning every time, but that is not what we received. Any time I had to tell her something was undone, she argued that it was but that they would redo it. I had picture proof and she just said "well, the customer is always right" in derogatory way. Another time, she argued that it was done, but that my children used it. It was not done as if it was the dishes that were in the sink before they got there wouldn't have been there. You must walk around and check their work every time they do it prior to them leaving. I understand you want to be satisfied prior to paying, but if the ladies have pride and confidence in their work and do a deep cleaning every time, that shouldn't be necessary. I do not recommend this business.

the first few times the work was great and then it started to get really bad.. they would send a diffrent crew each time and they were rushing and forgot to do most of th cleaning that was needed.

It pains me to have to leave a review like this, but it's for the greater good. Over the 3 months the worked in my home, their cleaning did not improve. In fact, it got worse. There were mistakes, oversights, and just plain inadequate cleaning. They once put a clean sheet over a dirty one. Once, they didn't even MAKE the bed. They wouldn't use the stainless steel cleaner I provided for my high-end appliances unless I was there to remind them. They forgot to empty out at lease 1 trash can each time they visited. There was a different crew each time, which was part of the problem.
