If you decide to hire them make sure you have absolute clarity on pricing and how many hours they will be working. Unfortunately we were victims of the bait and switch.

Wow, we sent you the copy of the agreement to your cell, it is very clear. 3 hours initially (we did four) you said you will pay us extra the following time...? and 1-1/2 hrs weekly with a team of three, they always did 1:45 hours, your oven was cleaned at no charge, and your refrigerator was wiped down each visit and the last time all the inside of your windows were done. You should be happy with the service! They were always doing extras, since you were a weekly customer. We can start again, maybe an "every other week" service will work better for you! Had them clean in my home for about six months. At first they broke a trash can, but the owner replaced. Then they dripped cleaning fluid on stainless steel trash can and ruined top. Also began to get sloppy about cleaning areas, neglected to clean a tub when asked, a toilet area floor in bathroom, really basic stuff. They use cheap cleaning products for floors such as an oil soap (not good for my flooring type and makes tile slippery)) and refuse to provide Bona for hardwood floors. Finally had had enough.

Veronica is a professional. She is friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job on our boat interior. She has the same cleaning crew (3 people) who come every time. They are thorough and efficient. I would recommend them.
