Clean Drop of Water did a great job cleaning our house. We had just bought it so it was empty and we needed a full cleaning as it was VERY dirty. They sent two people and the job took four hours. They charged $25 per person per hour so total cost $200 and it was definitely worth it. Our new house sparkles now. Thank you, Svetlana!

SVETLANA AND "CLEAN DROP OF WATER" CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND HAVE A PROPENSITY OF LYING TO CLIENTS. THE 1ST TIME SVETLANA LIED ABOUT A PHONE MESSAGE; 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO HER SCHEDULED CLEANING TIME, SHE LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE STATING THEY WOULDN'T BE COMING TO CLEAN THAT DAY AND WOULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY, WHICH WAS NOT EVEN AN OPTION FOR US. WHEN I CALLED HER BACK, I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT SHE WAITED UNTIL 45 MINUTES BEFORE HER EXPECTED ARRIVAL TO TELL US. THAT WAS WHEN SHE SAID "SHE NEVER LEFT THAT MESSAGE" (EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAVE IT ON MY VOICE MAIL) SO I GAVE HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BY THINKING I MUST HAVE MIS-UNDERSTOOD HER MESSAGE WHEN IN REALITY SHE ACTUALLY DID LEAVE THAT MESSAGE BUT LIED BY STATING SHE DIDN'T. THIS TIME HOWEVER, IT WAS APPARENT THAT SHE WAS LYING BY TELLING ME "THAT I WAS SPEAKING TO ALLIE, HER SISTER AND NOT SVETLANA" YET I HAD JUST SPOKEN TO SVETLANA ON THE SAME CELL PHONE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THAT. FOR THE RECORD, AFTER 3 YEARS OF WORKING WITH SVETLANA, I KNOW HER VOICE PLUS HER CALLER ID WAS SVETLANA WITHOUT QUESTION. I WILL STATE ONCE AGAIN, SVETLANA AND "CLEAN DROP OF WATER" CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ON A LIST OF "PROFESSIONALS FOR HIRE" ON SUCH A TRUSTED WEBSITE AND SERVICE COMPANY.
