I was extremely disappointed in this company. I later did a search and found a number of bad reviews. I would never use his company again and recommend to everyone not to use them. Extremely disappointed.

To be honest I am very shocked by your review, your mom was very happy with us, and then she told us that she does not need more service because she moving to CA. I called you a left a voicemail regards to this comment, I really do not understand what happened.

It was so wonderful to come home to a spotless, well-cleaned home after they did such a great job cleaning after some remodeling work, and I will definitely hire them again as the work progresses! The gals were so nice and so careful with everything. I really appreciate having them as a resource now!

I generally write a review twice; after hiring, and a few months later. It seems regardless of job need, every company gets high reviews. There is only 1 crew of two women. They did a great job at our first house. When we moved to a house, 25% smaller, the work was not good. They showed up twice at times we never scheduled just because they had a cancellation. We were never called. At the new house, they were lazy and did a sub par job. I complained to both the two women & the owner. The next visit was great and then they quit without calling. Consistency over time really matters.

There is a language barrier, but that is a reality of the world we live in. As far as rate, it seemed expensive at first, but that is the reality of house cleaning in 2014. We paid more more fore rise-shine cleaning and the result was inferior. It seems that when we have hired home grown Americans, they have been lazier, more prone to conversation and less interested in pleasing the needs of the individual customer. These women are Russian, work hard, do what is needed with no wasted time.
