Reviews
Write a ReviewJust did a general cleaning, but showed up on time and were very friendly. Communication before cleaning was all handled via text and was excellent.
Great company to work with , very reasonable prices ,I recommend them
Great customer service! Air duct cleaning.
Hired clean duct air solutions after speaking with Leo was given an apt time window of 9-11. At like 10 Ish we checked in to be sure of time as well as apt. Was told the time frame is still 9-11. Fine. Then we were asked if the tech was there so I said no. After that company did not reach out. Tech called saying he is arriving outside of the window so I informed the company. No response. 11:40 I get a call from tech again saying tools broken again even tho he said earlier at 10:49 that he is late because had to fix the tool. Tech said he told the company and asked them to call me. I informed him I got no call. Tech said he is waiting to see if the company will send him to replace the tool. A company called me after I called them twice from speaking with tech at 11:40 and stated we can not control tools breaking. True but you can control communicating with the customer and having good customer service. This place is highly NOT recommended. Do not do it.
