Classic Home Dallas

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANTY THEIR PRODUCT! And when you think about where you want to spend your money, please read my review. I have used Classic Homes Dallas for my entire house and never had a problem until I have needed to get a repair for something under warranty. I have both shutters and electronic blinds - all from Classic Homes Dallas. One of my electronic blinds stopped working back in August. I was still within my warranty period so reached out to the company to get my shade repaired. I have been mostly speaking with Jennifer. Over the past 3 months, I have heard every excuse as to why my repair is taking so long, ie: we changed our systems, cannot find your original order, the company we used for these shades went out of business, the staff in our office quit (yet again - I think like twice now), we cannot find a motor, we are looking for a separate remote, and the latest, we found a motor and cannot seem to locate the hardware! Every excuse made it seem like it was MY F

I used Classic Home after a friend had used them. Very good experience from beginning to end. Prompt communication, very knowledgeable about the products. Shutters take a few months to come in but well worth the wait. The quality of the product is excellent and installation went perfectly. I would not hesitate to refer Classic Home to anyone!
