Classic Flooring Solutions sanded and refinished a majority of our first floor in our house at Innsbrook. We had several problem areas such as flood damage, a deep burn area and a deep scratch. Marcus worked his magic and those areas are as good as new. From our first meeting with Malachi through the entire project, we have had an exceptional experience . I highly recommend Classic Flooring Solutions and I would give them a rating of 10 out of five.

We interviewed several independent hardwood installers and chose Classic Flooring Solutions on the basis of their presentation, proposal, and description of the crews that were long term employees or family members. Jacob described in detail how he would match the level of the existing tile that would abut the hardwood in three locations and how he would provide transitions to carpeted rooms and carpeted stairs. Estimated time was 3-4 days, in actuality completed work in just under 3 days even with change to scope of work (new baseboard requiring multiple cuts to fit, rather then reuse existing baseboards). Caleb was project supervisor and had 2-3 assistants throughout. Total of about 700 sq ft. I had much of the furniture out of the area except for a large china cabinet, a large bookcase and a spinet piano, all on sliders for carpet. The crew moved these pieces multiple times (without added charge) during the work flow and substituted felt sliders that I had ready. Arrived promptly as scheduled and worked with minimal break time. Part of the proposal was for a trailer dumpster for debris which was easily placed in my driveway and did not prevent me from using the driveway for parking. Workmanship was meticulous and job site was cleaned at the conclusion. Time from acceptance of proposal to work beginning was about 6 weeks, but since flooring was custom ordered, wait time from arrival of material to job was only about 2 weeks. We would recommend them without reservation.

Jacob and his crew refinished and installed wood floors in my house. All his crew are responsible , knowledgeable and very prompt to do a job. They take pride on the work they do. My floors look beautiful. Jacob is honest , always available to offer the best suggestions and have lots of integrity. I would recommend Classic Flooring Solutions for all your wood flooring needs.

Fantastic to work with! The staff Jacob sent to do the actual work were pleasant and skilled. They had to replace many boards in my 100+ year old home before refinishing both my entire down stairs and the hall upstairs, and I was comfortable leaving them to it while I left the state to take care of selling my other house. I came home to beautiful floors, and extra boards stored in the basement. Please read the back of your estimate/contract for what they will/will not do as far as prep and finishing. Jacob took the time to assure and educate me on a few questions I had.

Andrew, the lead on the job was kind, prompt, professional and courteous. Something you don't always experience these days. Jacob, the owner was very thorough in His explanation of what was going to be done, how many days, and what I needed to do to get ready for the workers. Everything took as long as he said, and my floors look brand new! There was a flaw in one part due to a door. I called, and immediately Jacob called back and sent Andrew to fix it. Amazing! I would recommend Classic Flooring Solutions to anyone-and I have! Two people at work were looking to have their floors refinished. Great company. Fantastic workmanship.

They did an outstanding job. We've had this work done before by other companies, Classic Floor was the best - on time, professional, everything was exactly as they promised it would be and our kitchen floor looks better than new. I would highly recommend them.
