I would do business with them again. They took the time with me to pick out colors and they mixed stains to match my stair case, extremely accomodating.

Thorough bid, no surprises. Very clean and conscientious. I noticed more holes from tack strip that I wish would have been filled, but was after job complete and I did not request that they be corrected. May have thought they would be covered by 'shoe' moulding, but we're not! Very satisfied with job and would use again.

I had really messed these floors up trying to sand and refinish them myself so I just needed someone to sand them again correctly so I could finish restoring them. They did an excellent job and left no evidence of my original mistakes. Really top notch. All for a reasonable price. They also came when they said they would, finished on time, and were polite and cleaned up the best they could. Additionally, they were perfectly willing to answer other questions that I had about completing the job. Overall, my experience was excellent.

The personnel were pleasant to work with. Had no idea just how messy refinishing floors is. The most disappointing was how much dust was "everywhere" and the time it took to clean up the entire 1st level of the house. We spent over 9 hours cleaning up. Had to wipe every wall, every floor, every surface, every cabinet, etc. The floors look nice; however, they really should have had a third coat. Several things were left undone - doors to closet were not rehung and the shelves in the bath closet were not replaced. They were taken care of though yesterday. Other things that needed to be fixed we took care of ourselves.

They were much more reasonably priced than 2 other bids that we got. Jacob, Andrew, Danny and Jeff were all delightful to work with. You can tell they are committed to the success of their company. Customer service is their priority. They are very skilled and competent craftsman. Thank you for the turning my kitchen floor into something we are very proud of.

They were good about keeping us informed about the progress as no one was living in the condo.

Combined new flooring and refinish existing flooring. Extremely pleased with finished job. A little better planining would have made the job run smoother.
