I had mold remediation done on by property by Tim back in February. They did a quick and thorough job. Tim was more than willing to explain everything in detail, making me feel confident about the services they were about to provide. They also tested after remediation to make sure there were no more problems. This week I had a concern about a water spot forming in my pantry in the ground floor after a bathroom remodel directly above it ok the 2nd floor. Tim came the very next day after I called to check everything out. Luckily the leak had resolved, but I knew it was the right thing to do to get Tim to double check! Highly recommend.

I had my test done on 1/18 and received the results by 1/21. The results provided excellent context, helping me make an informed decision about my situation.
