CITRUS BRIGHT, L.L.C.

I had a terrible experience with Citrus Bright Carpet Cleaning. Michael and his team were referred by my builder to seal the grout in my brand-new home. Unfortunately, when they cleaned and sealed it, they damaged the grout?leaving behind chips and scuffs that now show up as dark spots all over my new floors. When I contacted Michael about the issue, he sent Jason from his team to assess the damage. Instead of offering a real solution, all he suggested was to "clean the grout." He said he would follow up with Michael to make things right, but that never happened. It?s now been over two weeks, and both Michael and Jason have become completely unresponsive. This level of customer service is unacceptable. They caused visible damage to my new home and then refused to take responsibility or provide a resolution. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Citrus Bright Carpet Cleaning should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

I had to change my appointment to 2 hours later. "Troy "( I believe was his name) was right on time. Unlike another famous Company he didn't try to take on 1 on top of the other services. I was promptly taken care of on my carpets. HE was a Fast, efficient & pleasant technician . GOOD VALUE for my hard earned $$$..

We only have stairs and a hallway with carpet and usually get charged twice as much. Citrus Bright was quick to respond, friendly, and professional. Will definitely use their services again.
