They contacted me about setting up an apt and asked for pictures of our fireplace through texting. This allowed them to give me a quote and prepare for the job. They were very helpful. One of the men was a firefighter who gave important safety tips. They didn't just quickly do the job, they took time to explain things and makes us feel good about the condition and safety of our fireplace - as well as maintaining it in the future. I felt their prices were reasonable and fair.

These guys are can fit you in quickly and do a good job. They also recommended a screen on top of the chimney which I didn't think of. I would have given them all 5's if they had gone ahead and did it for me. But real good company and I would recommend them highly.

I really appreciated that the owner made a point to come out and verify all the work that was being done, made sure all the information was translated to me effectively.
