    My furnace was having major problems over the holidays and they fixed it. Lou was particularly helpful and worked hard to find a solution that didnâ  t bankrupt me and to make sure it was safely back up & running. Would definitely recommend these folks!

    Took over three weeks to diagnose and repair the AC unit during a heatwave. Not reliable or dependable... Failed to show for scheduled appointments.

I apologize that you chose to work with a home warranty company and didn't realize that adding a middle man to the process of making complex HVAC repairs can delay the repair process.     Chesapeake Comfort Systems, LLC had the best price out there in 2.5-Ton Trane 16-Seer AC Condensing Unit & AFUE 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace. Money is tight right now! I compared three companies by far Chesapeake had the best customer service and price. I can't wait until my new system is installed. Do your home work before purchasing a new system.
