"We had two windows in living room that leaked whenever it rained. West shore Homes made the best presentation of three vendors about the quality of their windows and the workmanship of their installers so we hired them. We had Glen and Guy come to remove the windows and install the new ones. Turned out windows had been incorrectly installed and not properly sealed. This made the job more difficult and required extensive framing to make the new windows fit properly and be weather proof. They also had to be careful not to damage the vegetable garden. Turned out to be an all day job and they were friendly, professional, patient and committed to doing a great job. We were not charged extra for the cedar wood or the extra work time. The company called the next day to be sure we were satisfied. We would recommend West Shore without reservation!"

He always gave us pros and cons for the best ways to address the new problems. "Echoing other satisfied customers of Oscar's company, we too are extremely satisfied with their reconstruction of our 30+ year old slate patio. The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. Also, his cleanup of the job site once the work was completed was exceptionally well done."
