Write a ReviewMy experience with Cherry Digital pros was exteremely negative. But I admit the foundation of my negative experience was not reading the fine print of their work order/agreehment & dislosure. also read the Managed services Contract and understand it thouroughly. Without reading the fine print I gave up my ability to contest charges. I was charged significant service charges before I was ever aware of the charges. When I demanded Ron invoice me before making charges to my credit card , I was told that Cherry Digital Services did not do business like that. I was sold and installed on my computer anti-virus software. After it was installed , I complained my computer had been hijacked by a "virus" . I was told by Ron, no one guarantees anything in this business. My advice is be very careful about using Cherry Digital Pros. They may be techically competent but I think there business policies are terrible. Do your due diligence .
I am sorry for your experence, myself and my team tried everything to help you remove your computer virus. I personally explained in detail what we could do for you and what we could not do for you. You then agreed to our services, and monthly service agreement. Your laptop was backed up and compleatly upgraded to Windows 11 and data returned to your laptop. As we do with hundreds of customers We discussed a monthly managed service contract, with a monthly charge, you agreed and signed the agreement and our service work order. You were given the paid invoice, and copies of the workorder and service agreement. You never demanded anything, REMOVED? You have recieved all the documentation ? The REMOVEDe antivirus software, is only good if a virus hits your system, you never got a virus. You went out to a gaming / betting site - 3 times and had a your browser hi/jacked. We cleaned this all three times. Our business practices, are solid and my company has a high customer retention, We explain everything UPFRONT no hidden fees, and you say yes or no..no pressure I am willing to fix you laptop again, free of charge to make you happy REMOVED. And you retract this very unfair review.. I have all the documents - to prove all what my responce has stated above. Ron - Owner

I spent -3 hours with this client, fixed her computer, setup her router, setup her Alexa, and finally all her ring doorbell camera's all 3 three. She signed the work order and and i dipped her credit card for payment. All was great at least I thought ? till this review. Sometimes you just can understand disrespecting people.. Look at my reviews below - years of great customers.. On apple will not spoil the batch..
