Charlie's Tree Service contacted me promptly and came over to inspect the tree and gave me an estimate on removing the tree. The large oak tree overhang a fenced in pool area. He was able to remove the tree without damaging the fence or pool area. His crew worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in a couple of hours. His crew hauled off the tree cuttings and smoothed out the work area.

Charlie was very professional. He gave me a fair estimate, worked around my schedule and completed the entire project within less than a week. This includes cutting all of the branches off the tree, cutting down the trunk, grinding down the stump and cleaning up the area. All the yard waist was loaded up into the dump truck and hauled away for me. I am completely satisfied with the job that Charlie’s Tree Services provided.

He did not complete the job. It has been almost two months and I have not received my money for them not grinding the stump.
Response from Company:
Stump was not part of the project. The customer wanted it done after the job was completed. However, It was not included in the pricing.
