Although their prices are higher than your local home repair pros, Champion takes ownership of every part of the warranty if needed. No chasing people/corporations down just to get the half-hearted warranty they promised. Champion was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. If financing, just make sure to get ALL of the details upfront. Luckily we were able to do something different but still nice to have a finance option if needed. Our windows are beautiful and our home is a place of comfort once again. Thank you Champion Windows!!

Our windows came much quicker than we expected. The customer service and the installers were wonderful. We will use them again and have already recommended them to friends.

The windows are great and the service. There was a problem with 2 of the windows but they are working to get those replaced soon.

Lots of little pieces of sharp plastic left in back yard. My puppy got one and chewed it cutting her mouth. Also found them in house. They are very sharp.
