Champion Window Company of Salt Lake City

I saw an average high window review when I selected them but should have looked at all the available reviews out there. Should have checked google reviews. I regret that I didn't check closely. It took more than 1 year to finish 7 windows. project $14,200, and for that price I would expect perfect/flawless completion. it took 4 months or so from when we signed contract and paid downpayment before the first 6 windows were completed, but the 7th was broken in shipment. rather than expediting this order, we waited till it was september again to finally get it. but the other part of our ticket involved the screens for our sliding windws. The molding that goes between these windows was missing on one of the windows, and the one they provided for our other is whilte. They pressured me to pay the rest of the outstanding balance today so I did. and have no recourse except to write these reviews to get it resolved. They don't care about their customers I'd be willing to change my value if/when they make my order right. I have photos. I don't see anythihng so far in the review process to post my photos.

Installation Crew was friendly. However, project manager and higher ups not the best to deal with. Some issues caused by installation didn?t want to correct. Still have some inside damage that was not corrected/fixed

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone after you pay. After making the down payment we heard nothing for about 2 months, which they told us to expect since materials and workers affected by covid. We began to reach out at the 2 month mark and no one would call us back. we had to call and select the option to make an appointment for an estimate just to get someone on the phone. then the project manager left the company and no one picked up my project. it took about 5 months to get the siding on my house. they wrote up the contract wrong, I did not catch it, no siding on my soffits. fine, took about a week to get the sales man back on the phone. ordered the material for the soffits in mid February. Now the sales man has left the company and we are back in the same boat where we cant get anyone on the phone. Caveat emptor!

Very efficient and hard workers. Our electric bill this winter was considerable less. Thank you Champion Windows.

17 windows installed in one day by contractors that were very professional. They worked in the cold rain and tired to not have windows open for too long.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional a pleasure to meet. I was warned about the possibility of delays due to supply shortages but my windows and patio door were installed within 6 weeks and are beautiful. I am completely satisfied.

They have not started the project till November
