My patio enclosure was installed the week of November 2022; it was actually finished in 3 days! From the measurement w/Dennis through the installation w/Mike, and final assessment w/John, I could not have had a better contractor, than Champion. An excellent team - Dennis, John, and Mike . . . Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided some really good recommendations regarding the types of windows to put in that we liked and thought were great ideas. Liked the quality and features of the window, that Champion makes the windows and installs them so we are only dealing with one company and the lifetime warranty is great and means they stand behind their product.

Great product, slow on time promised (factory problem with manufacturing). Installers were the saving grace. Joey and Jeremy were great. Helpful, punctual, courteous, cannot say enough good things about these two. We really like the patio cover and hope to get years use from it.

I felt like I was making a good decision by purchasing replacement windows for my house directly from a manufacture that gave a lifetime warranty. I had Champion also install the windows knowing that if anything went wrong the issue would be with Champion. Champion came out and said that when there is a lot of water on the window it could not handle that much water and it would cause a flood. I ended up getting mold right under one of my windowsills and had to pay a lot of money to a company for mold remediation. Champion did not honor their lifetime warranty.

Excellent job installing 13 windows. Storm door in back and french doors on front. Chose no-pay for a year which I intend to pay in full, especially since finance rate by third party (Green Sky), which was undisclosed is outrageous and 24% higher than same finance company was going to charge for Anderson windows.
